From the fields to the classroom: Inside the lives of U.S. agriculture's youngest workers
The Aguilar sisters work in the fields 40 hours a week. They're also high school students, doing homework when they can. Many nights they go without sleep.
What Is PPEP Tec?

PPEP High Schools are available for students looking for an alternative to a “traditional” education. With small student to teacher ratios, we are able to provide more of a one-on-one learning experience.
We offer an alternative educational option for students ages 14-21, grades 9-12, and a comprehensive high school curriculum taught by highly qualified and caring teachers. In addition, depending on student commitment, we offer accelerated learning opportunities that will enable a first-time freshman to graduate in as little as 3 years!
